Reflection Products offers top quality mirror products. We sell KLEAR-VU CONVEX MIRRORS and ALL-VU DOME MIRRORS, which are the original line of high-quality safety and security mirrors used in heavy industry.
In order to accept PO's, we need your company information along with a credit application If you already have a standard form with this information, you may email it the Atlanta Sales office "orders@reflectionproducts.com". We can provide our credit application form if you do not already have one. If you are sending a PO, please state if you request to be set up as a customer. It is not required being set up as a customer will allow us to provide terms. Our terms are due upon receipt of the Invoice for new customers, unless otherwise stated. We can discuss terms after the first order. Using a PO is discouraged when the order quantity is one or two items and/or you DO NOT plan to order again in the future. We always prefer that you use a credit card or send a check in those situations. Please direct all questions about using PO's to RPI Sales at 770-642-2104. Due to our experience with government agencies, schools and large corporations we understand that a PO is sometimes the only method of payment. Please call us if you have any questions.
If you believe a product to be defective, please call (770) 642-2104 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If a representative is not available please leave a message with your name and telephone number where a representative can reach you or send an email at orders at "@" reflectionproducts dot "." com or fax to (770) 642-8246 with your name, telephone number, and the nature of the defect. If a product is determined to be defective a replacement will be sent at no cost to the customer.
All products shipped are certified by the carrier. Any products that arrive damaged should be reported immediately to the carrier and sales support. No returns are accepted without prior authorization, reason for return, date, and RPI invoice number. Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the buyer. Provided the product is returned in a resalable state, a refund will be issued less a 25% inspection, re-packaging, and restocking fee plus any unsettled cartage. For all returns, an authorization number must be obtained from a representative by calling (770) 642-2104, sending us an email or sending a fax to (770) 642-8246. Please include name, telephone number where you can be reached, invoice number and reason for return. Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.
