CORNER DOME LENS: Quarter dome mirrors are made to fit into a corner between two intersecting pathways. They have a 1/4" to 3/4" flange around the edge depending on the size of dome. There are slight variations in the round (convex) shape but generally they are the same. If you need exact specifications please contact sales and support.

Corner Dome Backing
1) Lens Only
No Backing - Less rigidity. For inside use only.
2) Foam Lined
No Backing - Lens is coated in foam for rigidity. For inside use only.
3) Hard-Board
Masonite Board - For inside or covered & protected outside use.
4) Galvanized Steel
Non-porous surface for high interior humidity applications.
5) Abs Plastic
Black plastic back. More rigidity than lens only. Non-Porous surface.

Corner Dome Mounts
1) Flange Mount
Fastened to the ceiling with screws through holes in the flange.
2) Drop Ceiling Clip Mount
Clips onto drop ceiling tile dividers.
3) Spring Mount
Springs hold mirror onto two hooks screwed into mounting surface.
4) Chain/Wire Mount
Comes with Loops on edge of mirror that can screwed to a wall or used to attach chain or wire to suspend mirror.

1) Inside Use Only - Light Weight - NO Black Rubber Rim - Flange Mount Holes
The picture on the right is of the 12" Quarter Dome Acrylic Flange mounted mirror. This mirror is fastened to a ceiling through the two holes on the flange. Front of installed corner dome TOP VIEW of the Lens Only Quarter Dome. The picture to your left illustrates where the mounting holes are located.

The flange mounted quarter domes are very light and easy to install. The lens is shatterproof acrylic with excellent reflective properties. This mirror is a good choice where there are finished ceilings and you want the mirror to be against the ceiling and tightly in the corner. ( MADE IN THE USA)

The "SCRATCH RESISTANT" Coated Dome mirrors look the same as the above Spring Mounted Domes. (See Pictures above.) The difference is that a special coating is applied to the mirror, which adds a hard surface over the otherwise softer acrylic. Please note that the coating creates a harder surface than the acrylic but it can still be scratched. Because dome mirrors are normally places in locations where they are rarely touched or bumped into, the issue of being scratched is typically not a big concern. However, if the mirrors are often cleaned or dusted, I would recommend getting the Hard Coated mirror lens to reduce the chance of being scratched. (Assembled in the USA)

The Hardboard Backing provides strength the mirror and with the two "D" loop hanging brackets, it is easy to attach into a corner. The hardboard backed mirror works best for those situations where there is no ceiling to attach against. It can also be placed at any height at intersecting wall. The Mirror is mounted by two screws. You can hang the mirror on the screws much like you would a picture or by using washers on the screws, it can be securely more attached to the wall. (MADE IN THE USA)
